Trauma informed Naturotherapist & Parenting Coach Charlene Savoie, B.A., R.T.C., specializes in Naturopathic consultations and is a member of the Alliance of Professional of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists (A.P.N.N.). and a member of EFTi (Emotional Freedom Technique International) She started her career in this field over twenty years ago as a social worker at the Department of Children and Families in the United States. Since then she has worked with over 1000 families, children and/or individuals. Charlene is also a mother of two boys and a former foster mother to high risk teens. So she completely understands that sometimes, parenting can be less than peaceful! And keeping daily stress low & releasing anxiety helps us to have more peace within!

Charlene specializes in assisting families with children from the ages 2-18. Plus she works with couples that do not have children re-build their relationships. On top of this, she assists individuals to release stress, anxiety & trauma.

She has her B.A. in Sociology and is certified in Reality Therapy and Choice Theory through the William Glasser Institute, certified in Time Line Therapy(R), certified coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Accredited, Certified EFT Practitioner and completed Hypnotherapist training. Charlene also completed training in non-violent crisis intervention, “No Such Thing As A Bad Kid” program, suicide intervention training, some training at the Autism Resource Center, and much much more.

Charlene’s passion is to assist people, including children, in having more peace within themselves.

    Charlene was an expert speaker at the Teen Resilence Conference on line summit in 2017.

    Charlene taught “How to Raise Teenagers Without Raising your Blood Pressure” seminar at Support to Single Parents in the Spring and Winter sessions in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

  • Staff Training at the Moncton Motessori School

    Provided training to the staff at the Moncton Motessori School. This was a one day seminar in which Charlene helped to add tools to the staff’s tool box and questions were answered. What a great option for parents and children to have in the Moncton area AND coming soon they will have a branch in Dieppe. The staff was hungry to learn and it was a pleasure to work with them.

  • Free Workshop

    Charlene offered a free workshop at the Boomer’s Revolution Expo called “How to parent teenagers or adult children still living in your home without raising your blood pressure”.

  • Petitcodiac Regional School seminar for Foster Parents

    Charlene offered a free workCharlene went to Petitcodiac Regional School twice in 2011 and presented two different seminars to foster parents/parents.shop at the Boomer’s Revolution Expo called “How to parent teenagers or adult children still living in your home without raising your blood pressure”.

  • S.T.E.P. parenting class at Support to Single Parents

    Charlene taught a S.T.E.P. parenting class at Support to Single Parents. This is an eight week course.

  • “How to decrease acting out and increase learning and cooperation” - Professional Development Seminar

    On October 28th, 2010 Charlene Savoie and Kaitlin Creamer presented to 450 staff members of District 2 a professional development seminar. The seminar is called “How to decrease acting out and increase learning and cooperation”. They hope to present this to other school districts in N.B., P.E.I. and N.S.

  • Parenting Teenager course at Family Services Moncton

    In November 2010 and November 2011 Charlene presented her Parenting Teenager course at Family Services Moncton.

  • Effective Discipline Techniques Workshop - at the Parent Palooza at the Moncton Market

    Sunday Nov. 14th Charlene presented a free workshop at the first annual Parent Palooza at the Moncton Market. The workshop addressed Effective Discipline techniques for 2-12 year olds.

  • Support to Single Parents

    Charlene taught at Support Single Parents for seven years.
